John's Ultra Marathon
John Nicola, Managing Director of Optique Line, is embarking on a six day marathon across the Sahara Desert to raise funds for Optometry Giving Sight.
The event, which has been described as the toughest footrace on Earth, will involve a 250km endurance run in grueling conditions. John has been in intensive training for a year, averaging an impressive 100km per week.
Optique Line has become a Silver National Sponsor of Optometry Giving Sight in 2012.
