  1. Find your country page by clicking on the relevant button above.
  2. Click on the Find a Team/Participant link in the top right hand corner of the country page, under Help Our Cause.
  3. Enter the Team or Participant name in the search box.
  4. Alternatively, you can choose from a list of all Teams or Individuals by using the links under the search box.
