Optometry Giving Sight has established not for profit corporations in Australia, Canada, USA, Italy, Ireland and Singapore. These organizations are collectively referred to as the Optometry Giving Sight Global Organizations. Each Optometry Giving Sight Global Organization has agreed to adopt common procedures and policies in respect to corporate governance, fundraising, reporting, project funding and support.

Optometry Giving Sight in the UK and Norway are unincorporated entities but have also agreed to be bound by these common procedures and policies.

The Directors of these not for profit corporations have each established national committees whose role is to govern the Organization so that it fulfils its statutory responsibilities under the relevant country’s legislation and delivers the Organization’s aims and outcomes while acting ethically and prudently.
